Engineering an Enterprise Cloud ERP Platform with ZATCA Phase 2 E-Invoicing Compliance
Platform Overview
Hsabi Cloud ERP (hsabi.sa) is a next-generation enterprise resource planning and financial accounting suite designed specifically for commercial and corporate enterprises in Saudi Arabia. The system empowers companies to manage double-entry accounting ledgers, fiscal inventory tracking, and payroll human resources while strictly adhering to the regulatory frameworks of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA).
The Engineering Challenges
1. ZATCA Phase 2 Integration
Generating cryptographically signed XML invoices, Base64 QR codes, and real-time clearance via ZATCA API endpoints with zero computational latency.
2. Zero-Error Financial Ledgers
Rendering dynamic double-entry journals, sub-ledgers, and balance sheets with instant client-side validation to avoid arithmetic errors.
Key Architectural Achievements
- Modern Angular 22 & Signal Architecture: Engineered reactive UI modules relying completely on fine-grained Angular Signals, eliminating unnecessary zone.js change detection cycles and ensuring snappy performance on large financial grids.
- ZATCA Phase 2 Cryptographic Pipeline: Architected the client-side validation layer for Phase 2 e-invoices, ensuring all required XML tags, cryptographic stamps, and TLV QR payloads comply before submission.
- Double-Entry Ledger Engine: Implemented interactive trial balance, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports with instant data aggregation and ExcelJS high-throughput report exports.
- Saudi Wage Protection System (WPS) HRMS: Built compliant payroll and attendance management tracking labor contracts, end-of-service indemnities, and bank transfer file generators.
